Block Incoming Callers
If you wish to block incoming callers from calling you can use the number block page to do this. Use the following steps to manage your block list:
- Login to the Dashboard – https://dashboard.url.net.au
- Select Services from the left hand menu and then click the the wrench icon to edit your PBX/SIP Trunk phone service.
- Select Numbers from the left hand menu.
- Click the Blocked Numbers button from the menu at the top.
- Click the Add button from the menu at the top.
- Enter the telephone number you wish to block.
- Select the Reject Type of block you wish to perform.
- Click Save to add the entry
