Setup personal voicemail

1.      Push the  key.

2.      Select 5, then 1 and 1 again.  A tone will sound and you can record your greeting, stop talking or push # to finish the recording.

3.      Once recorded, you will be able to listen to the recording by selecting 1 or 2 to re-record. 

4.      If happy with the recording hangup, otherwise select 2 and re-record.

Note - push 9 to be transferred to the operator

To listen to voicemails

1.      Push the  key and voicemail messages will start playing.

2.      Whilst listening to the messages numbers:

a.      0 - Listen to the message again

b.      2 - Save message

c.      7 - Delete the message

Calling Internal

1.      Push Directory.

2.      Select Internal.

3.      Navigate to the person’s name and select OK.

Calling External

1.      Dial the external phone number e.g. 04 1234 1234 or 9123 4567.

2.      Push # key to start calling.

 

Placing a Call on Hold

1.      Push the Hold soft key just below the screen.

2.      To take the call off hold push the Resume key.

Transfer a Call

1.      Press the TRAN softkey below the screen.

2.      Make an outgoing call by doing one of the following:

a.      Enter the number you want to transfer to e.g. 04 1234 1234#.

b.      Push the Directory key, select Internal and navigate to the person’s name and push OK.

3.      When the other party answers the call push TRAN again to connect the call.
