Divert Call Always

You are here: Help SIP Trunking Divert Call Always

If for any reason you need to divert incoming calls to your SIP Trunk service immediately so they are not forwarded to your PABX you can use the following steps.
  1. Login to your Dashboard
  2. Select and Manage your SIP Trunk service
  3. Select Diversions from the menu on the left 
  4. Under the box Always Diversions add a phone number to divert to and click add 
  5. Once you have a list of numbers added you can switch them On or Off by using the slider
TIP: To route calls back to your PABX, make sure the sliders are all set to Off under the Always Diversions.
