What Pre-sales Support do you Offer?
We ask you for an overview of your client’s requirements and will put together a proposal (and quote) for the services we feel will best suit their needs.
If you can provide a copy of your client’s most recent phone and Internet bill we can assess what the ongoing costs would be going forward.
We will check with our extensive range of network carriers and determine the best and most cost-effective options for Internet connectivity. We will provide options taking into consideration your client’s needs and budget constraints.
Who Bills the Customer?
Due to the compliance requirements imposed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), URL Networks will bill the customer. As an affiliate partner, you will be added as an authorised party on the customer’s account and will have the authority to make changes to their account, order and cancel services. We do offer a wholesale program for interested parties that wish to bill the customer directly.
What are your Support Hours?
We have a dedicated support team who are available to provide support either by phone or email.
Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Outside of support hours, we have a team member on call for emergency after-hours support.
Do you use Overseas Call Centres?
No, our dedicated staff are all on-shore in Australia.
Who are URL Networks?
URL Networks was established in 2007. We started by supplying. configuring and installing traditional onsite phone systems for small to medium businesses. We quickly moved into developing our own Cloud Hosted PBX system which is still in use and constantly being enhanced today. As we found that the quality of a voice call relied on a reliable Internet connection, we started offering Internet services so that we could provide a quality service from end to end. Today we offer a full range of voice and data services while specialising in supplying to small to medium businesses.
Where do you offer services?
We run an Australia-wide network and can provide phone and internet services throughout the country. We also have many customers with overseas staff using our voice services.
Do you Run the Network?
Yes, in the past several years URL Networks has invested heavily in building and expanding its network. We are proud to run our own Layer 2 network and have Points of Presence (POPs) in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. We have backhaul relationships with many of the large carriers and this allows us to provide carrier-agnostic services.
Do you Pay Commissions?
Yes, there is the opportunity to increase your revenue by gaining a commission from the services you refer. The amount of commission paid per service depends on the plan and varies depending on the net profit for that plan. We will provide you with a schedule of the commission rates, terms and conditions when you become an affiliate partner.
