Enable Outbound Call Recording


Most countries and states have strict laws on call recording and we advise you to seek legal advice before enabling or recording any telephone conversation. By enabling call recording you are agreeing to indemnify URL Networks, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers to any costs or legal implications.

Outbound call recording can be enabled on a per extension basis.  To enable outbound call recording please follow these steps:

  1. Login to our Dashboard
  2. Manage your Hosted PBX service, by clicking the wrench icon
  3. Select Extensions from the Menu
  4.  Select the Pencil icon on the Outbound Recording on the extension you wish to enable it on.
  5. Change it to Yes and hit the save button
