Spend Notifications
In order to help manage your usage with our services, we offer a wide range of tools to help assist you. The tools available vary depending on the service you have.
Voice Services
Call usage data is imported as soon as possible but it does depend on the type of service you have, below is a list of the frequency our system updates for each service
- Hosted PBX/Cloud PBX – Every Hour
- SIP Trunk – Every Hour
- 1300/1800 Numbers – Every Hour
- Fixed Line – Every 24 Hours
- Mobile – Every Hour (however, if roaming there can be a delay of up to 48 hours)
To enable your call spend limit notifications please do the following:
- Browse to https://www.url.net.au, select Client Login
- Once logged in click Billing
- Click Details
- Set the field Call Spend Limit to a notification amount
- Click Save to apply
Now you will receive a notification when your call spend limit approaches 50%, 85% or 100% of the nominated value. This will be sent to your Invoice Email address.
Data Services:
ADSL and NBN:
If you have an ADSL or NBN service with us you will receive email alert notifications when you reach 50%, 85% or 100% of your plan’s monthly data limit. Data for NBN usage is imported and alerted every 24 hours.
You can manage the email usage alerts by doing the following:
- Browse to https://www.url.net.au, select Client Login
- Once logged in click Users
- Click edit the User to receive Usage Notifications
- Set the Usage Notification switch on or off depending on if you want to receive usage alerts for ADSL or NBN services in your account
- Click Save to apply
Mobile and Mobile Broadband:
If you have a mobile or mobile-broadband service with us we provide email usage alerts when you approach 50%, 85%, 100%, 125%, 150% of your plan’s monthly data limit. To manage the email addresses and thresholds for your service please do the following:
- Browse to https://www.url.net.au, select Client Login
- Once logged in click Services
- Click next to the mobile service you wish to manage usage alerts
- Click
- Set the On or Off Switch for each percentage threshold you would like to receive alerts for
- Click Save to apply
