SIP Trunk - Divert Calls when Unregistered
Sometimes your SIP Trunk service might become unregistered which will mean your incoming calls will often be disconnected as our servers cannot reach your PABX.
You can use the steps below to setup diversion to another number, this can be one or a number of mobile phones for instance.
- Login to your Dashboard
- Select and Manage your SIP Trunk service
- Select Diversions from the menu on the left
- Under the box Unregistered Diversions add a phone number to divert to and click add
- Once you have a list of numbers added you can switch them On or Off by using the slider
