When you order an international phone number some countries mandate that we must provide additional information to verify the user of the number.
If you order a number in one of the countries listed below we will contact you and ask that you supply the relevant information listed with in 24 hours to be able to activate your new number.
Austria – Geographic:
- Current Address in Austria (street, building number, postal code, city);
- Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
- Passport or ID copy;

Belgium:
- Current Address in Belgium (must be from the same area in Belgium as the number ordered);
