How to create an email group
How to login to your Web Hosting Portal
To create a new email group under your domain please follow the steps below:
- First login to the web hosting – see How to Login to Web Hosting Portal
- From the Hosting Features make sure E-Mail is expanded
- Click Groups
- On the form enter the following details:
- Email Address – Enter the first part of the email, e.g. if you wanted a new alias of sales@domain.com.au enter sales
- Forwards To – Enter the email address your want to forward to. If you want to forward to mulitple addresses enter a new email address on a seperate line
- Click Add to create the group
