How to create an email auto responder
A auto responder is used to automatically send a reply when someone emails you, for instance you might like to use this when you are going on annual leave:
- First login to the web hosting – see How to Login to Web Hosting Portal
- From the Hosting Features make sure E-Mail is expanded
- Click Autoresponders
- On the form enter the following details:
- Email Address – Enter the first part of the email address you want to set a auto responder on
- Autoresponder Message – Enter the message you would like to be sent back to the person when a email is received
- Click Add
