Change Voicemail Password
If you would like to change your password for your voicemail account please follow these instructions:
Through VOIP Phone
- Dial *98 from your VoIP Phone
- Enter your extension number followed by # e.g. 1001#
- Enter your current password followed by # e.g. 1234#
- Press 5 for advanced mailbox options
- Press 6 to change your password
- Enter your new password followed by # e.g. 4321#
Through Dashboard
- Login to https://dashboard.url.net.au
- Manage your PBX Service
- Select Extensions
- Click the edit icon under the extension you wish to update
- Under the Voicemail setting, you can change the voicemail PIN
Note: You will also be able to enable or disable Must Enter Voicemail Password through the same page if you wish to.
