Change Voicemail Password

If you would like to change your password for your voicemail account please follow these instructions:

  1. Dial *98 from your VoIP Phone
  2. Enter your extension number followed by # e.g. 1001#
  3. Enter your current password followed by # e.g. 1234#
  4. Press 5 for advanced mailbox options
  5. Press 6 to change your password
  6. Enter your new password followed by # e.g. 4321#
