Change Voicemail Greeting via Dashboard
If you have a greeting file for your voicemail you can upload it via our dashboard.
- You will need to record the greeting, the easiest way is to use the sound recording application on your mobile and either email it to yourself or upload from your mobile device
- Login to https://dashboard.url.net.au
- Manage your PBX Service
- Select Extensions
- Click the Edit icon under the extension you wish to update
- Under the Voicemail setting, you can select the Browse or Choose File button to upload a greeting
- Navigate to where you have the recording stored and select the file
- Click Save and the file will be uploaded
